The dining area is a general purpose room located right off the kitchen. It features two windows, a small woodstove, a lofted ceiling, a door outside, and a door to the garage. The floor is slate, making this room a perfect entry room as well.

On the other side of the kitchen, sandwiched between the living room, sun porch, and stairs, is another space that would also make a lovely dining area for a smaller table. (two middle photos in the gallery)

145 Concord Road features 2 1/2 baths. The master bathroom (not pictured) features a soaking tub. The main bathroom, located off the hallway, was redone in 2007 (second bathroom photo). There is also a half-bath, located directly off the second bedroom (first bathroom photo photo). It was also redone in 2007.

The stairs, pictured here, were given a facelift in early 2011, with a fresh coat of paint. These lead to the upstairs loft. This room measures 20x17 feet and features two skylights, a sliding glass door, ceiling fan, and an opening to the living room below. In the winter, the heat from the woodstove makes this room quite cozy! The current owner has used this room as an office, but it would also make a great play room, studio, or family room.

The basement (not pictured) features a ceiling high enough for nearly everyone to walk without stooping. The washer and dryer are located here. There is a oil heating/hot water system, and for the summer, you can switch to a second, electric hot water unit to save money on oil bills. Previous owners have used this space for woodworking and photography.

There are also two garages with this house. The attached single-car garage has a door opener and is accessible from the dining area. The detached garage is located down the driveway. It features a woodshed, great for storing wood for the stoves in the house.
